STAFFORD — A 24-year-old Buffalo man was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was found parked on Westbrook Road.
According to New York State Police, Mark A. Gordon was parked on the roadway in the southbound lane of the road.
A multicolored smoking device was observed on the floor with marijuana residue in the back seat and the odor of marijuana emanated from the vehicle. Approximately one gram of marijuana was located in a container.
Gordon was issued an appearance ticket to Town of Stafford Court on July 28.
