ALDEN — A 47-year-old Cowlesville man was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Wende Road.
According to New York State Police, David J. Smith Jr. was stopped just before midnight for traffic violations and determined to be intoxicated. Smith was found to have a .15 percent blood alcohol content.
He was released released on tickets returnable to the Town of Alden Court.
