BUFFALO — A 37-year-old from Buffalo was arrested Tuesday night at Black Rock Canal County Park after police found an active warrant.
According to ECSO, Tabrois Baity was picked up around 10:30 p.m. at the park when deputies observed an occupied vehicle in the parking lot after hours.
During their investigation of the driver and passenger deputies discovered Baity had an active warrant from the Town of Cheektowaga.
Baity was taken into custody and turned over to Cheektowaga Police. The driver was advised and sent on their way.
