NIAGARA FALLS — A 23-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged Wednesday with criminal possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on 73rd Street.

According to New York State Police, Nyle Marshall was stopped around 2:50 p.m. for excess window tint and an expired registration. Following the stop, Marshall was found to possess four plastic bags of marijuana.

He was transported to SP Niagara for processing and issued appearance tickets returnable in the City of Niagara Falls. He was then turned over to the Town of Niagara PD where he had an outstanding bench warrant for criminal possession of marijuana, as well.
