OAKFIELD — A 41-year-old Oakfield woman was charged Sunday aggravated DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident after New York State Police say she struck a parked car.
According to NYSP, Christina M. Strang hit a parked car on Garibaldi Ave. moving it approximately 15 feet from its location.
When Troopers interviewed her, they determined her to be intoxicated. She was taken to SP Batavia, where she was found to have a .19 percent blood alcohol content.
Strang is scheduled to appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on Monday.
