COLDEN – A 31-year-old Colden man was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of a hallucinogen and criminal use of drug paraphernalia following a raid on a Hayes Hollow Road home.
According to Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard, Daniel Brace was charged after the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at the home, seizing a felony quantity of hallucinogenic mushrooms and drug paraphernalia. The unit’s investigation was initiated in late 2015 and culminated in his arrest and seizure.
Brace was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment.
