FREWSBURG — A 25-year-old Kennedy woman was charged Sunday with felony driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

According to New York State Police, Bethany Jackson was pulled over on Route 62 for driving 55 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone, and was placed under arrest after the troopers determined she was intoxicated. Jackson was transported to SP Jamestown where she refused to provide a breath sample.

A check of Jackson’s driving record revealed that her driving privileges in NY were revoked due to a DWI conviction in 2011, therefore Jackson was additionally charged with AUO. She was processed, arraigned in the Town of Charlotte Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
