ELMA — A 72-year-old Elma man was charged Friday night driving while intoxicated after Erie County Sheriff’s deputies say he crashed his vehicle into a Jamison Road home.
According to Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard, Thomas Koseck was found standing near his vehicle at the scene of the crash just after 8:30 p.m. He was determined to be intoxicated and charged. His blood alcohol content was reportedly greater than twice the legal limit.
He was charged and taken to ECMC for evaluation.
