GAINES — A 17-year-old Albion boy was found dead in the Erie Canal early this morning.
Raymond Kingdollar was found by a passerby near Gaines Basin Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Orleans County Sheriff’s Office officials say they are still investigating the how he died.
The Orleans Coutny Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information about the incident to call them at 585-589- 5527.
