
CHEEKTOWAGA — A 29-year-old Buffalo man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Harlem Road.
According to New York State Police, Trevor U. Johnson was stopped for speeding after he drove off the road after exiting State Route 33. He was determined to be intoxicated and found to have a blood alcohol content of .13 percent.
Johnson was issued appearance tickets for the Town of Cheektowaga Court and turned over to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office who had an outstanding warrant for Johnson.
