MARILLA — A 34-year-old Lancaster man was charged early Thursday morning with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Two Rod Road.
According to New York State Police, Scott M. Moffat was determined to be intoxicated after having been pulled over for vehicle and traffic violations. He was taken to SP Elma and processed, where he was found to have a .17 percent blood alcohol content.
He is to appear in Town of Marilla Court on June 21.
