FINDLEY LAKE — A man stopped Tuesday for speeding landed in Chautauqua County Jail after New York State Police there were multiple warrants for him.

According to NYSP, Jason Rubal Caba was being charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after he was pulled over on I-86 in Findley Lake for speeding and a Trooper found a bottle containing a tramadol pill, a controlled substance for which Rubal Caba did not have a prescription.

He was placed under arrest and transported to SP Jamestown for processing where police found that there were multiple warrants for his arrest out of the State of Massachusetts, leading to him being additionally charged as a Fugitive From Justice.

He was arraigned in the Town of Sherman Court before being remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
