CLYMER — A fugitive on the lam from Corry, Pa., was arrested Saturday by New York State Police after being pulled over for not wearing his seatbelt.

According to New York State Police, 27-year-old Jared Goodwill was stopped on Corry-Clymer Road for the infraction. When he identified himself, Troopers confirmed there was an active warrant for Goodwill out of Meadville, Pa, for a violation of probation.

Goodwill was taken into custody, processed at SP Jamestown and arraigned in the Town of Clymer Court. He was then remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
