BUFFALO — A 39-year-old South Buffalo man pleaded guilty to sex abuse charges on Thursday from an incident that happened in August.

According to Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Flaherty, Jr., Kevin McCutcheon admitted to forcing the victim to engage in sexual conduct with him at a house on Walden Avenue. According to the victim, the defendant raped her and forced her to endure anal sexual conduct.

McCutcheon faces 3-7 years in prison when he is sentenced on July 13. He will also be required to register as a sex offender.
