BUFFALO — The city’s first alternative urban racing event, the Central Termin8er, attracted participants from Boston, Brooklyn, Washington, DC, Toronto, Pittsburgh and Baltimore — as well as several from right here in Western New York.
The multi-day event held at and inside Buffalo’s Central Terminal included art and music in addition to a wide variety of races, pitting people against those of similar bike-riding abilities.
Events slated for Sunday were canceled due to the expected rain forecast for the Buffalo area.
