CANEADEA — A 23-year-old Rushford man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 243.

According to New York State Police, Dustin W. Kish was stopped for failing to maintain lane and loud exhaust. While interviewing Kish, Troopers determined him to be intoxicated. Kish was taken to SP Fillmore for processing, where he was found to have a .16 blood alcohol content.

He issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Caneadea later this month.
