BUFFALO — The Buffalo Police Department has reported that the City Court building, 50 Delaware Ave. – has been evacuated due to a gas leak.
Police say the evacuation of the building, adjacent to City Hall, affects parts of Delaware Avenue between Niagara Square and Church Street.

UPDATE (4:54 p.m.): Officials say gas leak at City Court Building has been contained. People are being allowed back in.
