PINCKNEY — A 31-year-old Albion man was charged Tuesday with aggravated driving while intoxicated for a reported .29 percent blood alcohol content.

According to New York State Police, Troopers were dispatched to a call of a vehicle off the road on State Route 177, where they found Nicholas J. Clemons.

After determining Clemons to be intoxicated, police charged and processed him at SP Lowville where he gave a breath sample of .29 percent.

He was then released to a third party to appear at court on a later date and time. The New York State Police were assisted by Troopers from SP Carthage and Lewis County Sheriff’s Department.
