FREWSBURG — A 22-year-old Kennedy woman was charged Saturday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 62.
According to New York State Police, Kayla Johnson was pulled over for a traffic violation and determined to be intoxicated.
She was transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .20. Johnson was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Carroll Court, and released.
She is scheduled to appear in the town of Carroll Court later in the month to answer the charge.
