KENNEDY — A 28-year-old Kennedy man and a 25-year-old Jamestown man were charged Friday with trespassing by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Thomas Bascom and Luis Diaz-Vazquez had been caught in possession of scrap metal removed from the burned down home of a Kennedy man.
“Although they returned the stolen scrap when the complainant requested, they did not have permission to be on his property,” police said.
Both suspects were arrested at Bascom’s residence, issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Poland Court and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court on a later date.
