A 22-year-old Elba man was charged with several counts of second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child, and third-degree criminal sexual act following a joint investigation between New York State Police and Perry PD.
According to police, Jonathan M. Reed had sexual contact with two females — ages 14 and 16 — in Lancaster and Perry.
