PENDLETON — A Kenmore man was charged with driving while intoxicated Saturday following a traffic stop on Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Matthew Dickinson failed to stop at a red light, which resulted in Troopers pulling him over. He was determined to be intoxicated and taken to the Lockport Troopers’ barracks, where he was found to have a .23 percent blood alcohol content.
Dickinson is due to return to Town of Pendleton Court later this month.
