CLARENCE — A 25-year-old Buffalo woman was charged with criminal mischief Sunday following an incident in the parking lot of the Walmart on Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Shanniece M. Harwell scratched the side of a 2015 Nissan Altima after having a verbal altercation with the driver.
Harwell was processed at SP Clarence and released with a return court date in the Town of Clarence Court.
