FALCONER — A 35-year-old Cassadaga man was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment following a reported domestic incident on May 10.

According to New York State Police, Robert Tyler had an argument with an unidentified person in Tyler’s truck. Police say Tyler refused to pull over for the purpose of letting the victim out and once at Clay Pond, Tyler restrained the victim from leaving and took her cell phone.

Tyler was arrested on scene for the above charges, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. He was then arraigned in the Town of Poland Court, remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $500 bail, and is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Poland Court on a later date.
