FILLMORE — A 41-year-old Houghton man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on West Main Street.

According to New York State Police, Ronald W. Mills II was seen driving with equipment violations and pulled over. During the interview, Mills was determined to be intoxicated. He was then found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.

Mills was taken to the Fillmore Troopers’ barracks, processed and released with a court date of May 26 set for the Town of Hume.
