PAVILION — A 30-year-old Pavilion man was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and criminal mischief following an altercation at a residence on Telephone Road.
According to New York State Police, Daniel R. Ruffner caused a shoulder sprain and broke the victim’s prescription sun glasses during the physical altercation.
Ruffner was processed at SP Batavia and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Pavilion Court on May 24.
