ALABAMA — A 23-year-old Medina man was charged with driving while intoxicated when police found his vehicle off the road on Saturday.
According to New York State Police, Bradley Hering was located a short time later after a call was dispatched reporting his vehicle was off the roadway on Bloomingdale Road. He was determined to be intoxicated.
Hering was transported to SP Batavia for processing which revealed a blood alcohol content of .14 percent.
He is due in the Town of Alabama Court on May 24.
