ALLEGANY — A 25-year-old Hinsdale woman was charged with petit larceny on Tuesday, accused of stealing from Walmart.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to the Walmart for a shoplifting complaint, where they found Kristen M. Zwack was being detained by Walmart loss prevention officers. Zwack allegedly took $162.92 worth of merchandise and attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise.
She was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Allegany Court on May 23.
