PENDLETON — A 53-year-old North Tonawanda woman was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated following a Mapleton Road traffic stop.

According to New York State Police, Julie Rott was pulled over for failing to use a designated lane and determined to be intoxicated. She was taken to the NYSP barracks in the Town of Lockport, where she was found to have a .15 percent blood alcohol content.

Rott was then processed and issued tickets returnable to the Town of Pendleton Court later this month.
