AMITY — A 30-year-old Wellsville man was charged with aggravated DWI on Thursday, following a traffic stop on State Route 19.
According to New York State Police, Jared L. Finnemore was stopped for moving from lane unsafely and determined to be intoxicated.
He was taken to SP Amity and found to have a .23 percent blood alcohol content — nearly three times the legal limit.
Finnemore was arraigned at the Town of Friendship Court and released to reappear before the Town of Amity Court today.
