BOLIVAR — A one-car crash led to aggravated DWI charges for a 57-year-old Bolivar man.
According to New York State Police, Scott D. Bruner was determined to be intoxicated following the April 24 crash on State Route 417.
He was transported to SP Amity for processing where he recorded a 0.21 percent blood alcohol content.
Bruner was released on traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Bolivar Court on Wednesday.
