NIAGARA FALLS — Balbanas, LLC, will reportedly make an announcement involving the Niagara Falls Music & Art Festival and Seneca Square at Seneca Niagara Casino on Thursday.
According to the festival’s website, festivalatthefalls.com, the festival is scheduled for June 17-19. The festival, which started as the Main Street Music & Art Festival, which was founded by Rick Crogan in 2010.
