BUFFALO — A 31-year-old man was found shot early this morning in a parking lot at Chippewa and Pearl streets.
According to police, he was found inside his car and taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment.
Police are trying to determine where the shooting actually took place. They believe it happened around 3:30 a.m.
