BATAVIA — A pair of 19-year-old Batavia residents were charged with petit larceny on Wednesday, accused of stealing from Walmart.
According to New York State Police, Ryan R. Hernandez and Shannon R. Bolster they took over $50 of various baby clothing, infant toys and hair color from the Batavia retailer.
They were both processed and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on Thursday.
