FRIENDSHIP — A 67-year-old Wellsville woman is facing harassment charges for an incident that occurred in late March.
According to New York State Police, Marcia Owens was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment for an incident that resulted from a civil dispute that occurred on March 29.
She was processed and arraigned in Town of Friendship Court and ordered to appear back in court on June 7.
