DUNKIRK — A 20-year-old Williamsville woman was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on the I-90.
According to New York State Police, Allison Balk was stopped for a cell phone violation and found to have a pipe containing marijuana residue and a “small amount of marijuana vegetation in plain view inside the vehicle.”
Balk was issued an appearance ticket and traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Dunkirk Court on a later date.
