FREDONIA — A 19-year-old Forestville man was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 20.
According to New York State Police, Justin Lupino was pulled over for a traffic violation. The responding Trooper smelled marijuana, which lead to the confiscation of a pipe containing marijuana residue and a bag with approximately 1.5 grams of marijuana.
Lupino was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and given a traffic ticket for speeding.
