SINCLAIRVILLE — A 21-year-old Jamestown man was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Main Street.
According to New York State Police, Westley Johnson was pulled over for a traffic violation and found to be in possession of a pipe with burnt marijuana residue in it.
He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and a traffic violation, both returnable to the Town of Charlotte Court.
