EAST AURORA — Famed Western New York paranormal researcher Mason Winfield and his merry band of Shakespeareans will host an Elizabethan banquet in celebration of Shakespeare’s 452nd birthday at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Roycroft Inn, 40 Grove St.
Attendees to the dinner are encouraged to dress as their favorite Shakespearian character and be ready with their favorite single line from one of the Bard’s plays or sonnets.
“Lines, sonnets, speeches, and scenes from Shakespeare’s plays may quite likely be delivered ad lib and ex tempore in many quarters during the evening,” according to event organizers.
