ALMOND — A 44-year-old Cameron man was charged this morning with criminal contempt following a traffic stop on State Route 21, according to New York State Police.
James M. Plank, 5079 County Road 10, had violated a valid order of protection, police say.
He was arraigned in Town of Almond Court and sent to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond and is to reappear in court on May 9.
