FRIENDSHIP — A 27-year-old Bolivar man was charged with various crimes after he attempted to fight New York State Troopers, according to police.

Michael A. Rich was in the process of being charged with third-degree trespassing and false impersonation when NYSP says he got combative and attempted to fight Troopers. This led to further charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
