CLARENCE — An 18-year-old Clarence man was charged Saturday with petit larceny, accused of stealing $100 worth of merchandise from Dicks Sporting Goods Store on Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers received a report that a male subject had taken the merchandise and found Michael J. Husarek outside the store when they arrive. He had been “unable to leave the scene after his ride left without him.”
Troopers recovered some of the merchandise, charged and processed Husarek and issued him an appearance ticket to return to Clarence Court on a later date.
