TOWN OF NIAGARA — A 36-year-old town woman was charged Thursday with endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation into a child abuse complaint.

According to Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour, Jamie L. Holka was charged following an investigation which concluded that a four-year-old female in Holka’s care suffered physical injury.

The child was removed from Holka’s care and Holka was issued an appearance ticket to the Niagara Town Court.
