BUFFALO — The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team has assigned defenseman Chad Ruhwedel back to the Rochester Americans (AHL).
Ruhwedel joined the Sabres from Rochester on Friday, along with Nathan Lieuwen. He had 15:30 in ice time and sat 2:00 for a high sticking penalty.
