NORTH HARMONY — A 28-year-old Erie man was charged with marijuana possession following a Saturday traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, troopers smelled marijuana emanating from Dashawn Smith’s car. After a search of the vehicle, they found a bag with two grams of pot and charged him.
Smith was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of North Harmony Court on a later date.
