EDWARD MCKENZIE, 70, transitioned from his earthly home to his heavenly home on February 3, 2021 at 3:00pm in Buffalo, New York. Born on January 8, 1951 in Sumter, South Carolina to the late Grant and Mary Wright McKenzie. He was preceded in death by his sister, Frances (Isaac) Pearson and brother, Earnest Lee (Mae) McKenzie. He leaves to cherish his memories two sons: Byrounne (Shameeka) Washington of Sumter, South Carolina, and Kareem (Renete) Washington of Acworth, Georgia; one sister, Lucille Mungo of Douglasville, Georgia; six grandchildren: Maia Washington, Byrounne Washington, Donavan Washington, Devin Washington, Jayden Washington, and Aubrey Washington; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Edward will now join his sibling and relatives who preceded him. We all love you and will miss you dearly Edward!
