On August 18, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Frank J. Felt, 47, of Salamanca, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the town of Allegany, Troopers determined Felt had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Felt was then arrested and refused to submit to a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation.
Felt was released with appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
