On August 19, 2020, SP Machias Troopers arrested Daniel G. Tingue, 60, of Freedom, NY for Unlawfully Growing Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
Troopers investigating a complaint at a residence on North Road in the town of Freedom observed several marijuana plants growing on the property.
Tingue was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Freedom Town Court where he is due to appear in September.
