On August 10, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Kiersten V. Fairbank, 19, of Roulette, PA for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers investigating a two-car accident on Barnum Road in the town of Olean determined Fairbank had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Fairbank was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed her to have a 0.17% BAC.
Fairbank was released with appearance tickets for Olean Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
