On August 8, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Chad M. Hamed, 44, of Olean, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the town of Allegany, Troopers determined Hamed to be in possession of cocaine.
Hamed was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
